NEW DELHI: Bharatiya Kisan Union (BKU) spokesperson Rakesh Tikait is among the many farmer leaders who’ve been named within the FIR filed by Delhi Police, for the violence that broke out in numerous elements of the nationwide capital through the farmerstractor rally on Tuesday.
