A Mumbai-based legislation pupil wrote a letter to the Chief Justice of India (CJI) SA Bobde Tuesday, urging him to take suo motu cognisance of the violence that passed off on the Red Fort in Delhi in the course of the farmers’ tractor rally on Republic Day.
The letter, written by Mumbai University pupil Ashish Rai, claimed that the tractor march occasion “has been terrorised by some anti-social elements”.
